Return and Exchange Policy for MivaBliss

At MivaBliss, we want you to love your purchase. Please carefully read the following Return and Exchange Policy to understand how we handle exchanges, returns, and refunds.


1. Exchange Policy

1.1 Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
MivaBliss does not accept returns, but we offer exchanges in case of damaged or incorrect items. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You must submit a compulsory video showing the unboxing of the product along with the AWB number (Airway Bill) and other relevant delivery details.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all packaging and tags intact.

1.2 Exchange Request Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Contact us at info@mivabliss.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Step 2: Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Product(s) received and reason for exchange
    • Video showing the unboxing of the product, including the AWB details.

Once we receive the video and order details, our team will validate the exchange request. Only after this validation will an exchange be approved.

1.3 Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are only available for:

  • Damaged products that occurred during shipment.
  • Incorrect items delivered that do not match your original order.

Please ensure that all conditions are met for your exchange to be processed. MivaBliss reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the conditions are not adhered to.

1.4 Exchange Approval Process

  • Once your exchange request is received, our team will validate the information (including the video and AWB details).
  • If the exchange is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the product, and a replacement item will be shipped to you.
  • If your exchange request is not approved, the product will be returned to you.

1.5 Return Shipping Costs
For exchanges of damaged or incorrect items, MivaBliss will cover the return shipping costs. However, for any other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.


2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process for Exceptional Returns
Refunds will be processed in exceptional cases of return after the product has been received by us and verified. These refunds will be settled within 7 working days of receiving the product. Please note:

  • All return charges will be borne by the customer, including shipping and handling costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, provided the return is approved after our team’s validation.

2.2 Refund Process for COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if a return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be settled via bank transfer. To process the refund, customers will need to share their bank account details as follows:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Number
  • Account Holder’s Name
  • IFSC Code

Please provide the above details via your email address registered with MivaBliss at the time of placing the order. This ensures that the refund process is secure and verified.

Once the refund is processed, it will be credited to your provided bank account within 7 working days from the approval of the return.


3. Product Opening Video Requirement

3.1 Video Requirement
To validate your exchange request, a compulsory product opening video is required. The video should clearly show:

  • The opening of the package.
  • The condition of the product upon opening.
  • The AWB details (Airway Bill number) visible on the package or shipping label.

This video is necessary for our team to assess the condition of the product and to confirm that the issue occurred during delivery. Without this video, exchange requests will not be processed.


4. Legal Disputes and Jurisdiction

4.1 Governing Law
Any legal disputes arising from your purchase, exchange, refund, or any other matter regarding MivaBliss will be governed by the laws of India.

4.2 Jurisdiction
For any legal issues or disputes, the matter will be exclusively handled by the courts located in Surat, Gujarat. By agreeing to this policy, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Surat local judiciary for all legal matters relating to this policy or your use of MivaBliss.


5. All Rights Reserved

5.1 Rights and Decisions
MivaBliss reserves all rights to make the final decision on any exchange requests. We will review each case individually and may refuse exchanges if they do not meet our policy conditions. By making a purchase, you agree that all decisions regarding exchanges and product validations are solely at the discretion of MivaBliss.
